Welcome to our primary care family medicine practice! Our team is led by Nurse Practitioner Randy Czternastek, who has over 15 years of experience in family medicine and health. Randy has been with this practice since its early stages, working alongside Dr. Jeffery Amidon. Today, Randy is the proud owner of the practice and has been collaborating with new providers for over 5 years to offer a variety of medical services to our patients.
